A Story of Trust: Delivering a 10T Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane in Russia

In an outdoor yard of a metal fabrication company in Russia, large steel structures needed to be moved frequently between different working areas. As volumes increased and layouts changed, fixed lifting solutions were no longer efficient.

The customer needed something different – a lifting solution that could move freely, adapt quickly, and work reliably in an open yard. That was when they began considering a rubber tyred gantry crane.

But curiosity was quickly followed by hesitation.

Doubts Before the Decision

This would be the first rubber tyred gantry crane the customer had ever used.

Questions naturally arose:

  • Is it stable enough?
  • Can it really handle daily lifting tasks?
  • And most importantly – will it still perform in the harsh Russian winter?

For the customer, this was not just a purchase. It was a decision that could affect daily production and long-term efficiency. Trust had to come before the order.

Turning Uncertainty into Confidence

Instead of rushing the decision, we chose to walk the journey together with our customer.

We began by sharing real stories from similar gantry crane projects – not just words on paper, but these project images and videos, 3D drawings and animated simulations that brought the crane to life. The customer could clearly see how the crane would move, lift, and turn in real working environment.

When winter performance became the biggest concern, we went deeper. We explained why material choice matters, especially in cold climates. The Q355E low-temperature steel, its chemical composition, and impact resistance data were presented in detail. All key components and configurations – such as motors, electrical systems, and traveling mechanisms – were selected specifically to meet cold-climate operating requirements.

Still, the customer wanted to see more. So they came to us.

Seeing Is Believing

During the factory visit, the discussion moved from theory to reality.

They watched steel plates being processed, welds being inspected, and components being assembled. Together with our engineers, every detail was reviewed and confirmed.

At that moment, the atmosphere changed. What began as caution slowly turned into confidence.

From Manufacturing to Delivery – No Silent Moments

Once production started, communication never stopped.

Photos, videos, and progress updates followed each key step – from fabrication to assembly and testing. Even during shipment preparation, the customer always knew what stage their crane was in.

Distance was no longer a barrier. Transparency built reassurance.

On Site, When It Mattered Most

Installation is often where expectations meet reality.

Our installation engineer traveled to the site and worked side by side with the local team. Assembly, alignment, commissioning, and testing were completed carefully and professionally. Operators received hands-on training, ensuring they felt just as confident as the equipment itself.

The Moment of Truth

After installation, the customer personally inspected the crane and conducted performance tests. The crane moved smoothly. Lifting was stable. Even in cold conditions, operation remained reliable.

The concerns that once caused hesitation were gone. What remained was satisfaction – and trust.

More Than Equipment Delivered

At the end of the project, our customer did not just receive a 10 ton rubber tyred gantry crane.

They gained a reliable solution, a smooth project experience, and a partner they could trust.

For us, this project was not only about delivering equipment – it was about earning confidence through professionalism, transparency, and service at every stage.
