2 Ton Underhung Crane Installation in Honduras

2 ton underhung crane with electric chain hoist has been installed in our customer’s workshop. The under running crane is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, stockyards and other places because of its compact structure, good rigidity, sensitive operation, low noise, no pollution, safety and reliability. The crane power supply is 380V 50Hz, and it can also be customized according to customer requirements. In order to facilitate transportation, the main beam, end beams, electric hoist, and trolley are normally decomposed and packaged when they leave the factory, and reassembled during on-site installation.

Underhung Crane Installation Notes

1. Main beam and end beam assembly

There are three shaft holes at both ends and the middle of the end beam. Insert the connecting plate into the gap in the middle of the end beam. After the hole of the connecting plate is aligned with the equal aperture in the middle of the end beam, install the shaft II, and then fix the shaft II with the clamping plate.

2. Electric trolley connected with the end beam

The connection between the trolley and the end beam is completed by the triangular balance beam axis I, M30X1.5 bolts, etc. According to the track width of the trolley, use the adjusting pad to adjust the distance of the inner edge of the wheel to ensure that the inner edge of the wheel is 3~5mm away from the track.

3. Electrical installation

After installing each part, install the electrical appliances and circuits correctly. The metal shells of all electrical equipment on the crane must be grounded effectively, and the crane track shall be used as the ground wire forever.

4. Refer to the instructions for use of electric hoist for installation and commissioning of the lifting mechanism
