Uses of Aicrane AQ-YZ Metallurgical Overhead Crane
The metallurgical casting overhead crane is one of the main production equipments in the smelting workshop. The foundry crane is equipped with independent driving main and auxiliary trolleys. The main trolley is equipped with gantry hooks with fixed spacing to hoist the steel drums, and the auxiliary trolley can be used to turn the ladle or do other auxiliary lifting operations.
In the converter workshop, the casting overhead crane is used to pour the molten iron transported from the blast furnace workshop into the mixing furnace and directly pour the molten iron in the mixing furnace or the molten iron transported from the blast furnace workshop into the converter.
In the converter or open hearth workshop, the metallurgical overhead crane continuously casts molten steel in the steelmaking furnace or casts steel ingots.
