To enhance work efficiency and safety, our company recently accomplished the successful installation and operation of two units of double girder overhead cranes at a customer’s plant in Nigeria. The cranes, with lifting capacities of 25 tons and 16 tons respectively, were specifically designed for handling steel coils.
Adhering to European standards, our AQ-NLH series double girder overhead cranes have a robust design, ensuring optimal performance in demanding industrial environments. These 25-ton and 16-ton overhead cranes, both with a span of 17.5 meters, lifting height of 8 meters, and work duty A5 classification, were tailor-made to meet the specific needs of our customer.
One standout feature of these cranes is the incorporation of variable frequency operation, contributing to a smooth operational experience. This not only enhances precision in material handling but also significantly reduces wear and tear, thereby extending the overall lifespan of the cranes.
These overhead cranes were delivered to the customer’s plant in Nigeria within the agreed-upon timeframe, ensuring minimal disruptions to their operational schedule.
Upon reaching the customer’s facility, our team of experienced installation technicians provided professional installation guidance to guarantee a smooth installation process. View the operation of the overhead cranes in Nigeria in the video provided below:
Positive feedback was received from the customer, expressing satisfaction with our cranes’ performance and commending our commitment to quality.
In conclusion, we are pleased to have supplied our overhead cranes to enhance the efficiency of steel coil handling for our Nigerian customer. We are committed to offering customized overhead crane solutions across diverse industries, including manufacturing, warehousing, energy, metallurgy and more.
