The European-style hoist is designed with foreign advanced technology, and its working level is higher than that of ordinary hoists.
The European-style hoist gear adopts frequency conversion design, with stable output torque and small buffering. The ordinary hoist gear adopts two-speed design, and the traditional MD1 type fixed hoist is driven by the sub-motor and the main motor.
The crane operation and trolley operation mechanism of ordinary electric overhead travelling cranes adopt the structure of motor + reducer + brake, which widens the size of the whole platform and increases the weight.
The operating mechanism of the European standard overhead crane adopts a three-in-one drive, which is small and precise, and the quality of the product can be easily guaranteed.
Due to the heavy weight of the general overhead crane and the large maximum wheel pressure, heavier rail models must be used.
The European bridge machine is lighter and the maximum wheel pressure is smaller than an ordinary overhead crane, so a lighter steel rail can be used.
At the same working speed, the dead weight of the ordinary bridge crane is large, and the power of the whole machine is also large, while the dead weight of the European overhead crane is small, and the power of the whole machine is also small.
