Aicrane’s Tailored Solution for A Logistics Station in Kazakhstan

The customer operates an asphalt manufacturing plant and primarily exports their products to various CIS countries. As part of their production and logistics processes, they sought a reliable solution for efficiently lifting and handling 40-foot and 20-foot containers.

Understanding the critical role of container handling in their operations, the customer expressed their need for a container gantry crane. They recognized that a dedicated and specialized gantry crane would greatly enhance their container lifting capabilities, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing their logistics efficiency.

Upon understanding the customer’s requirements, Aicrane embarked on a thorough assessment to develop the most suitable solution. Given that the daily volume of containers to be handled was not substantial, we aimed to provide a cost-effective solution without compromising on performance and functionality.

To optimize cost savings and meet the customer’s container handling needs, we proposed the utilization of a container gantry crane equipped with a hook and a simple spreader. This configuration would allow for efficient lifting and secure handling of both 40-foot and 20-foot containers, without the need for complex and expensive lifting devices.

Aicrane initiated a collaborative process with the customer, ensuring their active involvement in shaping the solution. Through effective communication and open dialogue, we iterated through six different proposals, carefully considering their feedback and specific requirements. This collaborative approach enabled us to refine our solution and ultimately reach a mutually agreeable outcome.

Upon receiving the advance payment of the client, our team promptly initiated the production of the European standard double girder gantry crane, model AQ-MGH with a load capacity of 32 ton, a span of 30 meters and a height of 13 meters, designed for A5 duty. Adhering to our commitment to quality, the crane underwent rigorous manufacturing processes, including stringent quality checks.

Once production was completed, we ensured that the packaging complied with international transport standards, safeguarding the crane during its journey to the location in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. Upon receiving the equipment, the client followed our instructions for inspecting the goods, confirming the safe and intact arrival.

Understanding the importance of a successful installation, we collaborated with our technical and planning departments to provide our client with a comprehensive 3D installation video. This video served as a valuable guide for the client, empowering them to install the crane’s steel structure, hoisting mechanism, trolley and crane running mechanisms smoothly.

However, recognizing the complexity of electrical connections and commissioning, the client requested the assistance of our experienced installation engineers. Within a swift response time of two days, our engineers arrived on-site to provide their expertise. Through two days of diligent work and adjustments, the equipment was successfully set up, ensuring its proper functionality. The client expressed their deep appreciation for the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by our installation engineers.
