A customer in Uzbekistan needed an efficient lifting solution to load and unload steel coils and other heavy materials onto trains along their railway. To meet this need, we provided a double girder 20 ton gantry crane designed to handle these tasks reliably.
The production process of the 20 ton gantry crane adhered to stringent quality standards, ensuring that the final product met both the customer’s expectations and international safety regulations. Each component was inspected and tested before leaving the factory.
Once production was completed, the crane was disassembled for transportation and shipped to Uzbekistan. Our logistics team coordinated the delivery to ensure that all parts arrived on time and in perfect condition, ready for assembly on-site.
Upon arrival, our team of engineers worked closely with the customer’s installation team to ensure a smooth assembly process. The crane was installed along the railway, with its 7-meter cantilever designed to efficiently service rail-side loading and unloading. The installation was completed ahead of schedule, allowing for early testing and commissioning.
We have a local office in Uzbekistan dedicated to supporting our customers promptly. This office provides direct access to our services, ensuring timely assistance and smooth communication throughout the project. The presence of the Aicrane office in Uzbekistan was particularly beneficial in this project, as it allowed for quick response times and local expertise. If your business in Uzbekistan needs a customized lifting solution, we invite you to visit our local office.
