The customer’s existing overhead crane equipment in the workshop was severely aged and could no longer meet current production efficiency and safety requirements. In addition, the installation space inside the workshop was fixed, leaving very limited flexibility for structural modifications.
Customized Solution:
Based on the customer’s workshop conditions, fixed installation dimensions, and operating practices, we delivered a custom AQ-QCL 16T electromagnetic overhead crane with a 25m span and 8.1m lifting height. The crane was precisely adapted to the existing runway system, allowing direct replacement without structural modifications.
The crane features a rotating trolley and a removable electromagnetic lifting beam for handling steel plates and other steel materials. For steel coil handling, hooks with slings are used, providing safe, efficient, and flexible lifting of heavy coils.
