Different Types of Electric Transfer Carts Available At Aicrane
- AQ-KPJ cable drum powered transfer cart is powered by cable drum. Specifically speaking, it winds the AC 380V cable in and out by winding device placed under the cart. Through AC control system, it controls the start, stop, forward and backward of the device. The operating system is controlled through low voltage 36V power supply. The AQ-KPJ electric transfer trolley can be designed to handle any load and suit any operational requirements. The maximum running distance can be 200 meters. When the running distance exceeds 50m, it is necessary to be delivered with a cable spooling device for better cable winding.
- AQ-KPX series electric transfer carts are powered by batteries. The battery provides power to the DC motor, and the DC motor drives the electric flat cart to run. The running distance of this kind of transfer cart is not limited. Compared with the AQ-KPJ and AQ-KPD series, it has greater safety performance, excellent mobility and flexibility.
- AQ-KPD series transfer cart is a 36V single-phase or three-phase low-voltage track-powered electric transfer cart. The ground step-down transformer control cabinet steps down the single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V to single-phase (three-phase) 36V, feeds it to the electric flat cart through the track trolley line, and then boosts it to single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V through the on-board step-up transformer. This type of electric transfer cart has high requirements for track construction, and track insulation must be ensured. When exceeding a certain running distance, copper compensation lines should be added to the track. When the running distance is too long, the number of step-down transformers should be increased.
- AQ-BWP series trackless transfer cart uses the battery as the power source, and the solid rubberized wheels walk directly on the ground. The operation of the trackless transfer cart is not restricted, and it can turn 360° in situ to adapt to the operation in a narrow space. The imported wheels are wear-resistant while ensuring that the ground is not damaged.
- Additional components and options include: hydraulic lifting system, wide range of deck sizes, flat deck, V-deck, or custom shaped deck, a range of deck configurations, such as built-in scales, lift/tilt/rotate functions, fixed or variable speed, warning horns, flashing lights, emergency stops, rail sweep, anti-collision device, bumpers, etc.
